This Privacy Policy applies to There’s Light website (www.thereslight.com) and governs data collection, processing and usage. By using our website, you consent to There’s Light data practices described in this policy. Should we ask you to provide personal information via our website or in person, you can be assured it will only be used in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, then you should either contact us for further information or stop using our website.


For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (Act), the data controller is There’s Light Limited.


We may occasionally change this policy to reflect company developments and customer feedback. We encourage you to check this policy periodically to make sure you’re happy with any changes and to stay informed on how we’re protecting your information.

How we collect personal data 


We may collect the following information:

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. There’s Light store all provided personal data at GSuite, Wix and Google Analytics.

We do not supply personal data to any third parties unless we are required to do so by law or unless we pass it on to one of our partners near you so they can deal with your enquiry locally on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or lease any personal data to third parties at all. If the There’s Light business is sold, we may pass on your personal data to the buyers in order that they can continue to provide you with the necessary business updates. 

 

The transmission of information via the Internet is unfortunately never completely secure. Although we’ll always do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data and any transmission as such is done at your own risk. 
 

Transfer and storage of your information

Phone

When you contact us by phone, we collect your phone number and any information provide to us during your conversation with us.

We do not record phone calls.

If you contact us by post, we will collect any information you provide to us in any postal communications you send us.
